From the dairy to Congress, Lynn Stalbaum was a Wisconsinite through and through. He was born on a farm and returned after his military service to manage the Harmony Dairy. He later moved onto the State senate, and then leapt to the national legislature when he was elected to the House in 1964. His single term was followed by an unsuccessful re-election run, for which he printed this metal campaign tab. Stalbaum returned to his Midwestern roots after Congress, becoming a legislative consultant to rural electric and dairy cooperatives.
