The papers of Schuyler Otis Bland are chiefly office files and personal correspondence, 1918-1950, of S. O. Bland while serving as member of U. S. Congress from First Virginia District. The collection includes family papers, invitations, photographs and newspaper clippings. Subjects include League of Nations and Prohibition. The papers also contain correspondence and notes on his "Old Churches of Virginia." An inventory is also available in the library.
