Ross Adair's congressional district, including defense contracts to local firms, air services to Fort Wayne and other cities, highway construction, flood control on the Maumee River, and the economic development of Fort Wayne; papers relating to E. Ross Adair's congressional trips to Inter-Parliamentary Union meetings in Europe (1959-1967), and trips to the Far East (1953-1955), Mideast (1966), Africa (1968), and Vietnam (1970); constituent requests for assistance and information; papers relating to E. Ross Adair's election campaigns (1950-1970); and newsletters, press releases, broadcasts, speeches, and other publicity items; together with papers relating to E.
