FITZGERALD, Scott, a Representative from Wisconsin; born in Chicago, Cook County, Ill., November 16, 1963; graduated from Hustisford High School, Hustisford, Wis., 1981; B.S., University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, Wis., 1985; United States Army Reserve, 1981-2009; newspaper publisher; member of the Wisconsin state senate, 1995-2020, majority leader, 2004, 2011-2012, 2013-2020; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Seventeenth Congress (January 3, 2021 – present).
