LABRADOR, Raúl R., a Representative from Idaho; born in Carolina, San Juan County, Puerto Rico, December 8, 1967; B.A., Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah, 1992; J.D., University of Washington, Seattle, Wash., 1995; lawyer, private practice; member of the Idaho state house of representatives, 2006-2010; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Twelfth and to the three succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2011-January 3, 2019); was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress in 2018, but was an unsuccessful candidate for nomination as Governor of Idaho.
