FLORES, Bill, a Representative from Texas; born in Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyo., February 25, 1954; B.B.A., Texas A&M University, College Station, Tex., 1976; M.B.A., Houston Baptist University, Houston, Tex., 1985; certified public accountant; energy company executive; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Twelfth and to the four succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2011-present).
