This pamphlet, on the Civil Rights Bill of 1964, presented the dissenting view of several members of the Judiciary Committee. It outlines their contention that the bill would undermine individual freedoms and was, in essence, unconstitutional. Although the brochure was 22 pages long, its authors regretted that “space will not permit the full presentation of authorities regarding the unconstitutionality.”
