Champ Clark’s bust by Moses Dykaar was unveiled in a joint ceremony with the bust of his colleague James R. Mann in 1925. The first of two busts by Dykaar in the House Collection, Charles Fairman declared it “a clever likeness of the former Speaker . . . in it is shown the calm attitude so often noted at times when the merits of a question were being determined in something of a judicial manner,” in Art and Artists of the Capitol (1927).
