These ribbons adorned the House of Representatives’ funeral wreath for President Ronald Reagan, placed by his casket for the three days he lay in state in the Capitol in 2004, the first time in 30 years that a former President received this honor. More than 100,000 people filed through the Rotunda to pay their respects.
