Object Details

In the late 1970s, Sportscaster, a sports card producer, created a series of cards dedicated to the connection between sports and broader cultural issues, including literature, Mao Zedong, and the Rocky films. Jack Kemp, a retired American football player and Member of Congress, was a subject as well. The narrative on the reverse describes his athletic career and transition to politics.
