Appropriations Chairman William Natcher did not sit for a formal committee portrait. However, artist Michael Duval Finnell made a pencil sketch of the Congressman in 1993, soon after Natcher became chairman and just a year before he died in office. A fellow Kentuckian, Finnell evenutally left the Bluegrass State to settle in Arizona.
