Georgian Ben Gibbs was a brand-new Representative when old-timer Lex Green of Florida whispered a little advice into his ear. Fellow Peach State Representative Hugh Peterson completed the trio on the opening day of Congress, which often produced old/new photos in newspapers around the country.
