A flurry of activity accompanies the start of each new Congress. A change in party leadership, as in the 83rd Congress, made things even busier. Evelyn Carollo, secretary for Representative John Bennett of Michigan, hit the ground running, taking care of business even as their brand new office, Longworth House Office Building Room 1210, got a fresh coat of paint.
