Object Details

One hundred and forty Representatives each chipped in $10 to buy equipment for the first House gym in 1921. Two years later, Representatives Olger Burtness, Millard Tydings, Thomas Lilly, James Alfred Taylor, Herbert Cummings, and William Croll posed, stiffly, for an athletic photograph in the new facility.
