Unveiled in 2014, this portrait of Ways and Means Committee Chairman David Camp joined the ranks of portraits of the oldest committee in the House of Representatives' many chairmen. After serving two terms as the Ways and Means chairman, Camp chaired the Joint Committee on Taxation before leaving office in 2015. The Minnesota artist Leslie Bowman also painted the portrait of Congressman Spencer Bachus the same year.
