Before running for Congress, Harvey Cable Garber served as Assistant Solicitor General and as a member of Ohio’s house of representatives. This brown pinback with an image of Garber in the center, accompanied by "For Congress / Harvey C. Garber" in brown print was used during his first campaign for Congress in 1902. After two terms in office, Garber returned to Ohio, where he worked for the Bell Telephone Co.
