Albert Wynn won election to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1992, and used this button during his first re-election campaign. With a decade of service in the state legislature, Wynn quickly adapted to the House, eventually earning a seat on the prestigious Energy and Commerce Committee and moving into the hierarchy of the Congressional Black Caucus.
